Get to know more about me, James:
I love helping everyone I can. Starting in 2012, I started my customer service journey by working for Subway. My main focus was always about helping the customers.
Throughout the years I gained more and more experience with customers by working for and assisting companies like O'Reilly Auto Parts, Penske, Trader Joes, Home Depot, and others.
After about 10 years of that, I realized I desired a more direct resolution to customers for their everyday struggles. I've always had a knack and a passion for all sorts of things from repairing vehicles, to fixing anything technological.
I admire technology, websites, computers, phones, and many other gadgets. With that passion, on my off-time I would spend countless hours practicing and perfecting my skills within my passions by helping my family, my friends, and my friend's friends.
I constantly think of what a client/customer would truly desire from someone (and a company in general),
and I'm a big believer in treating others how you want to be treated, especially after seeing so many companies take advantage of people for simply their corporate greed. So, I decided to open my own business, not just to assist clients/customers, but to also bring honest solutions to whoever I can.
I'm truly a jack of all trades. You can find me fixing my car on one day, and then messing with a computer the next. Or even within the same hour! If it's something I don't know, I figure it out
